It was kind of strange

This book is definitely not something I would read. I’m Christian do some of the things he said in the book would go against my beliefs, but the author did bring up a lot of good points about emotions and how we deal with them. I probably wouldn’t read just because I hate self-help books but if that’s your thing then read this book.
