I'm not the right audience

I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm just not the right audience for this book so I'm giving it a neutral rating of three stars. I liked the first person narrative and writing style but I don't enjoy self-help books unless it's covering a topic that I'm in need of and even then, I don't like being "preached" to. That said, that's just my opinion based on the genres I prefer and this book very well could speak to someone else who is in search of bettering their lives.
