While Sex, Drugs, and Radical Self-Expression is tagged as a self-help book, the first look read more to me like a memoir as Magliarditi recounts stories of him doing drugs and being angry. I didn't really get a sense from the excerpt of where the self-help was. Since memoirs aren't really my thing, I think this is not for me.
