While I don't necessarily know if this book is for me, there are many things I found that I really liked about it. The cover, for one, is exquisite. I love the formatting of the book, with the three parts -- heart, head, and hand -- the chapters, and then the sections within the chapters. The "First Look" proved that this book is an excellent resource for those in need of a positive, uplifting nonfiction work that could potentially really make an impact on a person's life. Great job!
