EST for the next generation

I read this and my reaction is: here we go again. Another round of how I learned to love myself and become a real boy. Given the author is male, that's the mindset we are going to get. We are all mixed up when we are teens. It goes with the territory. We fake it until we make it. There are as many paths to becoming an adult as there are people trying the journey. Being female, I never wanted to become a real boy, so this is not the book for me.
