I loved this book! It might be because I just came off of an entire month of reading nothing but murder, mystery, horror, and thriller novels, but this was just about the sweetest, most romantic, and absolutely adorable love story ever! Jacob is so sweet and wonderful and caring towards everyone. Hannah has a lot of emotional baggage to sort through, also a lot of identity issues, but she's such a great character that displays so much growth throughout the book. Honestly, they both show a lot of emotional growth. Learning to forgive, to communicate, not to run at the first sign of hardship. It was so wholesome and genuine and soooo cute! Also, both of their mothers are the most adorable little Korean moms, and I loved them too. There is a lot of Korean culture in this book and I especially loved the unique perspective of a Korean-American who grew up trying to be more American than Korean and kind of rejecting a lot of her culture, but now feeling heartache at her choices. Ugh, this was just such a great book, I finished it in a day and I'm still all heart-eyes over it!
