I was pulled in immediately by Hannah's chapter. I liked the steady narrative and while typical, I liked her as a narrator. It's immensely easy to emphasize with her, but it did lose me a little in Jacob's chapter. Their voices sounded similar, if not the same, and the writing wasn't as grabbing.
