For the most part, I enjoyed this excerpt. I thought the writing flowed well, and while I'm not a huge fan of the friends to enemies to lovers trope, which I suspect will be present, I'm looking forward to the forced proximity trope. Similarly, I thought the first two chapters would have made more sense if they had been reversed, considering the second chapter actually takes place before the first chapter. Otherwise, I think it just takes me a little longer to get into romance novels. While this one didn't completely grab my attention, I think I would end up liking it if I continue reading.
