This book is a well written contemporary YA novel. I liked the writing. It flows well and has a nice bit of humor in it. The story is cute and in the midst of a world on fire (as it often feels) this is a fun distraction. If I were still working in the high school library (I quit to work towards a move), I would buy it for the library.
