I read through the first chapter of the book so quickly I was visibly startled when it ended and I couldn't go any further. NOT FAIR!
The first chapter already has me hooked! I was completely in the moment, and visualizing the entire bar, the characters, even the smells that I would associate with a random dive bar in the middle of nowhere USA. This one looks like a definite hit, and the writing style is the kind that paints a vivid picture, and keeps the reader on the edge of their seat in anticipation. Cannot wait to get my hands on this one!
