Wow, I knew going into this that I was not going to like this book. First, I don't care for the cover at all. It just creeps me out. Then I started reading the book. I understand that Lelchuk is trying to make the MC sound so cool, not caring about the guys staring at her or what she thinks of herself or how much she drinks. I am not buying it. The writing is grating and I must have counted at least 5 separate occasions where the word "leering" was used before the end of the first chapter.
