I have such mixed feelings about this one. On one hand, the female lead character sounds like she is a strong, no nonsense type of woman and it would be fun to watch her deal with certain situations. However, I'm also getting a cheesy type vibe to the story. The book synopsis states she is a private investigator and I've read some really bad P.I. books over the years and the fact I'm having a not so good feeling about this one might not bode well. I'm willing to give this one a chance but my expectations are low.
