First off, the cover of this book definitely caught my attention. Also, the main character owns a bookstore on top of being a PI, that is pretty freaking cool! Nikki Griffin seems like the kind of female character that I want to see represented more often in books. Although the First Look did not seem to relate much to what the description of the book says, I am still interested in what is going to happen next. I'm not sure how this intense and quick moving bar scene relates to the story as a whole, but I'm extremely intrigued and I can't wait to read this book in its entirety.
