Difficult to measure with so short an excerpt
It is really difficult to develop an impression of a book based on a mere 6 pages, however, the synopsis sounds intriguing. I am not a fan of the choppy writing style. My brain feels as though it needs to fill in the blanks. It takes awhile to adapt to a writing style such as this one. I am reminded of the narrative in the movie Sin City.
On a positive note, the first chapter left me wanting more. Knowing the synopsis of the rest of the book, I would love to see how the storyline progresses.
