While the cover does grab my attention I do not think this book is for me. This book is a sci-fi fantasy, which is a genre that I do not enjoy. This book also seems to have a lot of battles as the Empire uses people that they call Savages to fight their enemies. If the Savage lives they get to fight the enemies again, otherwise they die fighting the enemies and the Empire has to get more Savages.
