The style of this book's cover is not one that I am usually drawn to. I decided to read the book's synopsis anyway to see if I would be interested in the story; however, I found the synopsis to be too general with no detail of what the book is actually about. I then tried to read the first look of this book, but I found it difficult to get into and did not finish it. For me, the beginning of this story was confusing, filled with a lot of information and terminology that I did not understand. On the other hand, I do like the great descriptive words that the author uses to help his readers imagine the world they are stepping into. Overall, this book seems ok, but it's just not for me.
