The cover seems a bit Over-dramatic, almost seems like they were trying a little too hard to be eye catching. The mention of 'rich worldbuilding' sparks my interest as I quite enjoy stories in which you can get sucked into the setting. The description of a corrupt utopia in which the main character(s) are underdogs is a bit off putting; this theme is quite prevalent in many books that I have come across. This book would have to stand out quite a bit in order to differentiate itself from the large collection of novels with similar settings. I may give this book a try, although due to the seemingly cliché setting and story, in combination with what appears to be a medieval world, I just might pass.
