Okay, so I will admit this is not my favorite genre in the whole world... but I just felt like the story fell flat for me. I was super underwhelmed, and felt like I could anticipate literally everything that was going to happen in this book way before anything was reveleaved. Everything felt super predictable and totally felt like something I had read before, nothing surprised me which was disappointing. Additionally... and arguable the worst part for me, was the characters... I felt absolutely no connection to anyone in this book, which made me not care about what happened in the story, or what happened to any of the characters. I though that the plot was going to take on a more exciting form, and give me a little more anxiety or motivation to read, but unfortunately I was not at all impressed, and to be honest super disappointed!!):::
