First impression is that it has potential. The story sounds interesting, and the more I read about deadbeat and games banks play the more I want to see nefarious things happen to them. But It's also nice to know someone is trying to save the world from calapse.
In part the plot line makes me think of The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo meets any James Patterson book, but we shall see. The potential is there.
