When it came to explaining the technicalities of money transferring and what they were investigating, I got confused easily and lost interest quickly. They explain stuff like they know exactly what it means, but as someone that has no background with this subject, I have no idea! What is Perl code, closed receivable account, clearing logs, growth funds, etc? Either explain what they mean in simple terms or just get rid of it and just say what the end result is. I also felt out-of-the-loop with who the team was and the contacts/connections Jackson has because he is already on a super familiar basis with them but I don't get the context or their relationship. That makes it hard to follow the storyline and the conversations, and it makes it less interesting to read.
