I started this book off by having no expectations, because this isn't my normal genre so I didn't know if I would even be able to get into the story.
All I can say is WOW!!!!! Holy moly. This book was incredible. It pulled me in from the very beginning, and kept me interested until the very end. The author has a very unique writing style, which I think was perfect for the storyline.
In addition to the writing, the characters were top notch! I often felt like I was right there in the story with them, and living every scene. The descriptions in the scenes were very accurate, and violent which I think makes it feel even more real. You get a real feel for this type of event occurring.
If you are someone who enjoys thrillers, anything about military, or high paced novels, this is definitely the book for you! There is also a movie being released soon based off of it.
