This book had me hooked from the first few pages. I was entranced by cover art, enveloped in the plot, and feeling for the characters all from the start. I didn't know how well I would relate to these characters during the first look. I already feel an emotional connection with them. I can't wait to see what the rest of the pages unfold, especially what happens after the toppling of the cake.
