I am a huge fan of Romeo and Juliet retellings and I can already tell i'm going to like this one. I liked that the story starts off at a pivotal change in the main characters life. She clarifies that she is NOT good at cooking and then gives us great examples on why she should stay away from it. I have so many questions about who she ran into at the end and spilled the cake. Who are the Molina's? Why do they hate the Salt restaurant so much? The first few pages I was confused about what was going on for a bit, but once I got to page 5 i was rolling and excited to see what would come next.
