Adding "salt" to an already open wound is just too much for Lari. She has lost her beloved grandma, and cannot fathom the family bakery , Salt, without her. Her mother is determined to continue in her mother's footsteps but how can she Lari wonders. Grandma is everywhere and it's too painful.
Then on the heels of the funeral she sees their rival bakery, Sugar, loading up catering for a wedding grandma was supposed to do - that is until they spread viscous rumors and sabotaged the job. How could they do this to them? To grandma, sure they were always rivals but this is too much.
