My fav CLo so far
This was a book that is definitely better if you go in blind. (Oops 🤷🏼♀️)
This was actually my second attempt at reading Roomies because I DNF’d the first time after feeling like the book I was reading was entirely different from what the blurb had said.
This one is a slooooooow burn, but the tension between Holland and Calvin was so good. I liked that both the hero and heroine had flaws and that made it feel a little more realistic.
I didn’t understand why Holland’s friend LuLu was in the book (except for one pivotal moment) because nothing she did convinced me they should’ve been friends.
I ended up liking this better than I did Josh and Hazel, but it still didn’t have that extra something that would make me love it. I’m definitely planning to read more Christina Lauren though.
