I love most of Christina Lauren's books, and this one was no exception. I love their romances and their writing style, it's so fast and easy to binge read. There's also something comforting and relaxing about the writing style.
Our main character Holland is so relatable! She recently graduated college and is trying to figure out what she's doing in life. She's also super weird around her crush, and does slightly creepy things like take the subway just so she can see him, which lets be honest is something most of us would do if we could.
The love interest Calvin is pretty great too, and not only because he has an accent. The descriptions of him playing guitar were beautifully written, and made him sound amazing. I love the way the characters talk about music,it's so descriptive you can definitely tell that it's important to them.
