Let me start with how much I loved this book! I think my favorite part of the book is how easy it was to relate to Holland, and the fact that Calvin isn't perfect. Who hasn't had a crush and tried to pretend you weren't swooning when you were around them? Holland is objective about her life and is able to acknowledge her flaws. Its refreshing to have a male character actually show emotion and not be ashamed of it or feel like less of a man. I also love that they don't immediately forgive each other when they argue, they take the time to work on themselves. Not only is the book about Holland and Calvin's relationship, but it also hits on friendships that you've outgrown but have kept around because they've always been there. I do wish some of the book had been written from Calvin's point of view. I didn't want it to end, I wanted more of their story.
