A breezy read to get me through a lazy weekend! If you love seeing former street musicians become Broadways stars and/or cute romances, you'll love this book. In this fresh take on the "strangers-getting-married" trope, Calvin and Holland decide to get married to keep him in the U.S., where he's becoming a leading man on Broadway. They made a fiery little couple, and their relationship was realistic. I liked Holland, though her obsession with Calvin bordered on cringe-y at times. The main characters were well developed, along with a rotating cast of secondary friends and foes that kept me laughing (and some who infuriated me). While not at the top of my all-time favorites list, it was enough to get me to buy another Christina Lauren book, which I'm currently reading now. Throw it in your beach bag!
