Roomies looks to be a fun contemporary new adult romance that is going to be a crush to friends to lovers romance. I am a fan of Christina Laurens' Beautiful Bastard and Wild Seasons series, as well as their standalone Dating You/Hating You and this one will end up being added to that once I get my hands on a finished full copy of the book. These two women have a knack for writing romance with heart and humor that leave the readers feeling lighter and happier than they did when they picked the book up. All reader need books like that in between the mystery, suspense, thriller, and fantasy books that make the brain solve puzzles, find clues and imagine worlds that the author creates. I would highly recommend this and cannot wait to finish reading it myself in one-sitting with a smile on my face.
