Loved the first several chapters! First, it's Christina Lauren so you know you're going to get an awesome story full of sass and wit. Second, love the backdrop: NYC and Broadway. Third, I love a fast-paced, well-written friends to lovers story. Sign me up, please!

Holland crushes on a hella-hot, heart-wrenching busker named Calvin who helps save her from a subway mugger, but he refuses to give the police a statement about the incident. Turns out he's living in NYC illegally and he's afraid of getting deported back to Ireland. Eventually, their paths cross again and she thinks he'll rock as the musical replacement for her uncle's widely popular Broadway show. Calvin auditions, but turns down the role because of his illegal status.
So, Holland does what any sane girl in her twenties would do and proposes they get married. What happens next is a bunch of twists and turns, and well, this is where the story gets really good.
