I am not surprised that I have devoured the first four chapters in just under half an hour because, um hello, Christina Lauren. I am, however, surprised (and left pouting) that I have to wait 46 more days till release day. So unfair!

But enough of my tantrums. Roomies. Ugh. Tbh, I have read the four-chapter sneak peek prior to the blurb so I'm going to talk about it first. Holland. My crush experiences are limited from fictional book boyfriends to international actors/artists. Irl, I have yet to crush on a stranger. But the actual pain (i.e. embarrassment) and fluttering feelings, those i know of. And I do feel it through the pages of her narratives.

Now Calvin. There's something unconventional about him being the hero, what with the subway-platform incident. It's safe to say I have no love-at-first-read feelings for him. HOWEVER, Christina Lauren's previous heroes are either dreamy and questionable or hot-af and infuriating. Either way, I know later on I'll have him included on my list of book boyfriends lmao.

So in brief terms, I am super stoked! I can't freaking wait for the whole story to unfold flawlessly.

PS I also love the uncles!
