The blurb doesn't sell to me, but the know fact that the genre of this book is Romance is why I gave it a chance. And boy was it worth it.
So far I found myself unable to stop reading. I'm really curious how their lives are going to play out once they pretend to be a married couple. This would definitely be something I'll want to finish reading and I have a feeling it would be a treat.
The blurb kinda ruins things for me. Holland doesn't know why Calvin couldn't face the police but the reader knows why. It takes away the mystery, but I am hoping there's more to it when the story progresses in the full version of the book of course.
