Who doesn't like roommate drama? I clicked this title because, having grown up with Friends and HIMYM and matured on New Girl, WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG? So this book might seem a little predictable, when reading the blurb, I thought, Oh, it's a green-card situation. Yes. I was right. But that's the nature of the genre - you want the plot to be a little predictable, but the execution to be genre flipping. I would definitely give this book a read just to see if it accomplishes the latter!
