I've always had a keen interest in superheroes but never really paid attention to what their origins were. This book has it all! Beautiful and compelling photos, explanations of their origins, alternate covers to classic comics.
It's a gorgeous book so I have it displayed on my hallway bookshelf so everyone can see it as they walk by. It's so colorful and appealing to the eye every one likes to pick it up and flip through it.
My favorite part is all of the vintage drawings and OC that's included in this book.
There were quite a few characters I had never heard of before reading this book so I feel as if I learned quite a bit about the history of both well-known and lesser-known superheroes. Informational while still managing to be a fun read!
