I originally obtained this book for our grandson who is interested in comic books and super heroes. However, when I read this book (which I always do before I give a book to them), I was hooked. He wrote about the comic book years with which I am familiar. The depth of his research and information amazed me, and I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The graphics were the best I have seen in this type book in a long, long time Even someone who thought that they did not have an interest in this theme or timeframe will be pleasantly surprised. New information (to me) was found in every section.
