This is a great coffee table book!...and that is exactly where I put mine. This book is not to be read straight through in one sitting, but to be read, browsed and enjoyed in bits and pieces. I really liked seeing all the superheroes as they evolved over the years, their overall look and costumes especially. My favorite superhero is Superman and being a favorite to many people, it was no surprise there was a section about him. I liked the information, facts and short summaries of the characters. The pages were very colorful and vivid, and easy to read. As a fan of DC and Marvel superheroes and superheroines for many years, I really enjoyed this book. I would recommend this book to any superhero and super heroine fans.
