I remember reading comic books when I was young. Romance, war stories, westerns which were mostly about outlaws, space dramas, even some of those horror books; all of these books I read and enjoyed. I will admit, except for Wonder Woman, I wasn't that interested in super heroes. They felt to me to be written for boys. I would rather read about Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck than the adventures of whomever. So this book would likely close a hole in my pop culture databank.
