Intriguing, but not a book I'm interested in...

The book moves very quickly through the first chapter... too quickly to really like the characters or get to know them very well. The beginning seemed stilted (yes twins that are a boy/girl combination can never be "identical" yet the author took pains to describe this in detail?? very confusing...) and too much "telling" of the story vs "showing". The story could improve, but for me it wasn't one that captured my interest to want to continue reading.
