I knew from the start this wasn't going to be a book for me. I'm incredibly picky when it comes to historical fiction. That being said, I think the story will be important and impactful, and its one that deserves to be told and gotten into the hands of an audience who will absolutely adore it. Solid pacing and writing style from the first look, and I'm sure other readers will absolutely fall in love. Just not a book for me.
