I feel like as a reader I don't always take advantage of books that break me out of my comfort zone. While historical fiction is one of my favorite genres, I typically stick to the same time periods. This is a concept that I am unfamiliar with as I don't typically read books with muslim characters. I would love to be able to break out of my comfort zone more. I really like the writing and characters in this novel. It would be great to see what happens next.
