The use of language in the first part of the book is beautiful and I've totally invested in the characters already! I'm a sucker for a good opening line and this one did not disappoint. "Kareem was the most eligible bachelor in the village." Ok! I'm in, what happens to Kareem? In many ways, it reads like a fairy tale and I look forward to seeing how the story develops as it progresses!
