From my first impression it seems this story will revolve around the mystery of the missing girl, Claire Bingley. Her father sounds like he has gone off the deep end in seeking justice. Poor Ted has been wrongly accused and with the mix of new characters and new murders it is a reader's hope that Ted finds the clues he needs to redeem himself.
