My first impression is of course, the cover. I like the cover, but I think there is a lot of writing which takes away from the cover, in my opinion. The font should be smaller than the title. I did read Crimson Lake and really enjoyed it, so a follow up to that book is intriguing. I wanted to find out who really killed Claire Bingley and hope that this novel brings some answers!
