Those of you that hate books with more than one point of view are going to hate this one. There's three main POV's but then there's also like over twenty random side characters that get two paged chapters. It was a weird way to start the book but I get what the author was trying to do it being a mystery book and the police were talking to a lot of people. The actual mystery part was fun to try to figure out and I liked our three main characters, but I wish that instead of following a bunch of dead ends this book had focused more on the main issue at hand, the corruption within the school and the money. It had such a good point to make but kind of failed to drive it in. J.B. was my favorite and I did enjoy reading about his school romance and Ramon's food business. I do think this book has a lot of potential and many will enjoy it. It also had great representation.
