I've heard a lot of talk about this book, so I had to check it out. Along with the murder mystery part of the story, there are also deep and meaningful themes in the story. You can tell a lot of heart and soul was poured into the writing.
The main plot revolves around the three teenagers accused of murdering their principal (am I the only one surprised the victim wasn't a schoolmate, like in all other TV shows and books recently?) so they all have to come together with the help of their allies to prove their innocence.
You couldn't guess who the actual killer was until the very end. The suspense and intensity add to one another in this thriller, making you work for it.
