What a great read! I listened to the audio while I read the physical book and it was amazing! Full cast, interview style story with photos and articles throughout the text. A mystery where the principal of Promise Prep is murdered and the students who are accused are the ones trying to find the truth. Different boys from different backgrounds but that the school sees as bad kids. At first they're all leery of each other but eventually they realize that no one in the group was the murderer and start sharing all their information with each other. They team up with a girl who's headed to law school and she's a tremendous help as well. The ending was pretty fantastic and I bet you could have heard a pin drop in that auditorium. It covered everything from racism to the "good Ole boys club" in a way that wasn't the least bit offensive. I highly recommend!
