This fast-moving story quickly presents the pivotal action -- the principal of a charter school which practices extreme discipline -- has been shot dead. Initially there are three suspects, and various characters present their impressions of the boys (it's an all-boy school). Possibly the number one suspect, J.B., seems too likable to have done something so violent. But who knows; when there are teens and hormones and an extremely strict ruler-maker . . . .
