This book is pitched as a combination of "The Hate U Give" and "One of Us is Lying," which definitely intrigued me as I really enjoyed reading both of these books. After reading a preview of this novel, I was super interested in it. I like that the story featured boys of color as the main characters, and the mystery at the heart of the novel is intriguing, since these boys are suspected of murdering their principal. They have to track down the actual killer, which leads them on a wild chase. The cover of this novel is also very cool!
