I don't have any clear thoughts on this sample. There are some positives--the cover is eye catching and the premise sounds intriguing, but there are so many POVs here. The voice is good and it's an intriguing way to start the story, but I like to connect to the main character right away and there wasn't a way to do that here. And because of that I'm not tempted to read more.

I'm sure there's an audience for this, but as I didn't get the YA feel it's supposed to be, I don't know who. But it feels full of angst, so someone into that?
