From the simple early write-up on "Promise Boys" by Nick Brooks, on BookishFirst, I couldn't wait to get my first look. I counted the days.
I so enjoy this style of the book where the chapters are: different characters (and who they are) and their opinions, the newspaper article and the police interrogation.
The dialog of the character is realistic and easy to read.
Gotta love a good 'Who Done It" book.
I'm not a fan of the cover, it is a little scary looking.
